Barn Wood Entertainment Center

I built this low profile, Barn Wood Entertainment Center to fit in a "tough to arrange" room. The slot behind the chicken wire doors houses the Sub Woofer with room to spare and out of site. The Amp and gaming devices are arranged to fit in the center section allowing wireless systems to communicate while sitting anywhere on the sectional couch (not shown). Under the center section is a floor vent (HVAC) so I lined the underside with tin, cut a large vent slot and covered the slot with chicken wire to allow the air to flow and to keep the equipment from over heating. The back of this piece has slotted wood and the knot hole was purposely placed to allow for ventilation and adds another escape for the base tones.
